There are two ways to receive free child care referrals from us. You can call or visit one of our offices for our customized referral service. Or, you can receive immediate referrals online by county or by city.

1. Customized Referrals – Call a trained Resource and Referral Specialist

Let us do the work! Call us at:  1-800-308-9000
Our most complete service is offered if you call or visit one of our local offices in Arizona. Our friendly and knowledgeable R&R Specialists will take ten to fifteen minutes to gather information on your child care needs. Then, they will offer referrals that meet your needs.
Advantages of the customized service include:
  • Detailed Referrals: A detailed printout of every provider CCR&R refers is sent to you by mail, email, and/or fax.
  • Vacancy Checks: You may request the CCR&R Specialist call individual providers to check the availability of the care you need.
  • Designed to Meet Your Needs: Staff can search based on criteria not available using the on-line method. For example, if you have a child with allergies, non-traditional work hours, transportation needs, etc. we will conduct a search based on your specific needs.
  • Consumer Education: CCR&R Specialists will help you learn more about your child care options and answer any questions you may have about child care in your community.
CCR&R Specialists have been helping families find child care in Arizona for over 20 years. To speak with a CCR&R Specialist for customized services, please call our toll-free number (800) 308-9000 or contact one of our main offices:

Please remember that these facilities have not been screened for vacancies, so you may want to print out the information on several before you leave our site.
