Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) meets a need that no one else does - providing the bridge between parents, providers, community leaders, and policymakers about anything related to child care in Arizona.

- For child care professionals and programs by providing information about professional development, resources, and technical assistance.

- Respond to gaps in the child care market by supporting recruitment and retention activities and by developing community partnerships.

The CCR&R staff provides referrals, not recommendations to child care centers, faith-based centers, part time care programs, family child care homes, and registered homes that are regulated by the Arizona Department of Health Services, Arizona Department of Economic Security and other regulated, but legally operating, early childhood programs may be included.
CCR&R does not license, endorse or recommend any individual child care provider, program or organization. Parents/caregivers are given information about choosing quality child care and licensing regulations. It is the responsibility of the individual family to select a child care program that best fits the needs of their family. All child care arrangements are made at the discretion and decision of the family.
